Rohan Crichton CPA, CA, MAcc
Mr. Crichton’s experience over the last 10 years has primarily been in consulting with business leaders to advise on business entity structuring, tax planning, audit and assurance services and estate planning. He has also been instrumental in the negotiation and securing of financing arrangements for businesses in need of capital funding.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida and a Chartered Accountant licensed to practice in Jamaica.
Mr. Crichton received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
Leary Mullings CPA, FCCA, MBA
Mr. Mullings is a founding partner of CrichtonMullings & Associates since 2001.
He has over 30 years of experience in auditing, accounting, taxation, systems design and implementation and business consulting. Mr. Mullings was a senior accountant with Booth Anderson & Company CA’s of London and an audit manager and senior consultant with Price Waterhouse, Jamaica. Mr. Mullings also worked with Mitchell Titus & Company, CPA’s as a manager in the New York offices.
During his tenure at Price Waterhouse, Mr. Mullings was audit manager on a wide range of the largest companies in Jamaica, including Price Waterhouse’s largest audit client. These audits required visiting multiple locations throughout Jamaica and overseas and managing multiple audit and project teams.
Mr. Mullings has lectured in Accounting at the Institute of Management and Production, Jamaica, The ICAJ Training Consortium and the Florida International University School of Government.
Mr. Mullings is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the UK.
Mr. Mullings attended London School of Accountancy where he completed studies to become a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant, ACCA. He has also graduated from The Bernard Baruch Business School of the City University of New York where he received an MBA in Organization and Management and The University of Phoenix where he received an MBA in Technology Management.
Cyril Thompson CPA, CA
Mr. Thompson’s experience extends to the insurance industry as AVP Corporate Insurance at Life of Jamaica, the shipping industry as Chief Financial Officer Kingston Wharves Ltd; Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust as Financial Controller with direct responsibility for several subsidiaries.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountant (UK).
Bevin Johnson
Bevin’s professional experience includes over 5 years with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) during which time he led the local implementation of the ERP (ORACLE) platform. He also represented UNDP Jamaica at regional workshops covering Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) scoping and development (Panama City), ERP (ORACLE) implementation (Bogota, Colombia) and ICT /Network Management (Panama City).
Mr. Johnson is currently pursuing a Certified Information Systems Manager certification.
Darshan Dodd CA, Msc, Bsc
A Chartered Accountant, he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica. He has also completed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exams with the State of New Hampshire.
Mr. Dodd is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Management Studies (first class honours) and a Masters degree (with distinction) in Accounting.
Glenford McLeish CA, MBA, PMP, Bsc
In the United States, Mr. McLeish worked in the securities industry holding at the time, Securities Representative and Registered Options Principal Licenses of the National Association of Securities Dealers Inc. In Canada, he worked as an insurance and investments broker and as an Associate Consultant with Kroll Lindquist Avey, Toronto, now Navigant Consulting, specialists in forensic accounting, litigation consulting and business valuations. In the last five years he has undertaken project, implementation management and consulting services work in the public sector.
Mr. McLeish gained his first degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, Mona. He pursued the UK Chartered Accountant designation while at PWC and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Banking and Finance) from the Manchester Business School and University of Wales, Bangor and a Certificate in Organizational Development and Change from the Mona School of Business. Mr. McLeish is a Certified Project Management Professional is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also a student member of The Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV)
