Administrative Assistant (Kingston office)

Applicants will be considered only if the following requirements are met:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office & proficient computer skills
  • Diploma or certification in secretarial services
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
  • Outstanding organizational, team, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of integrity and confidentiality, ability to meet strict deadlines
